FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers on compliance, colour-coding, materials and customisation. Can't find what you need? Send us a note above.
What waste streams do your bags cover?
We manufacture colour-coded biomedical waste bags for the yellow (infectious and chemical), red (contaminated recyclable) and blue (glassware and sharps) streams, plus green and black liners for general, non-biomedical waste such as wet, dry and construction waste.
Are your products compliant with Indian regulations?
Yes. Our products are made to align with the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 and amendments, and with CPCB guidance, using non-chlorinated, incineration-safe plastics. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
What does the colour-coding mean?
Yellow is for infectious and chemical waste; red for contaminated, recyclable waste; blue for contaminated glassware and sharps such as vials and ampoules; and green and black for general waste that has not touched hazardous or infectious material.
Which material grade should I choose?
We offer three grades. Virgin gives the highest strength, clarity and finish; Semi-Virgin balances performance and cost for everyday use; and Reprocessed is the most cost-efficient, lower-footprint option. See the material selection guide for a side-by-side comparison.
How thick should the bags be?
Thickness is measured in microns. As a guide, light duty is around 20–30µ, medium 40–50µ, heavy 60–100µ, and extra-heavy above 100µ for the most demanding waste. We'll recommend a film weight based on what you're disposing of.
Can I customise size, printing and colour?
Yes — almost everything is configurable. Choose your size and material, gusset and thickness, and colour, then printing (fixed or continuous) with your logo, a waste-stream label, or no print at all, along with your order volume and delivery schedule.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes. An oxo-biodegradable grade is available, and recycled-content blends of 30% or more can be supplied where your specification allows.
What is your minimum order quantity, lead time and pricing?
[To be confirmed] Minimum order quantities, lead times and pricing depend on your specification and volume. Share your requirements above and we'll confirm current figures with your quote.
